What is transformation? Transformation is the development from one thing to another, a good explain is when a tadpole transform into a frog. Transformation is not only about the physical features, but the way your mind develop while you mature. As we transform change within us is definitely an option, we sometimes forget about what we have done in the past so that we can have time for the future. Transforming from a baby into an adult is definitely a big change for some individuals; it can be hard at times.
In this article we learn the meaning for awareness, which is very hard to understand. Awareness is like a shock wave within your brain, it helps you to concentrate and develop your mental state of mind. It’s the way your brain or body works whether it’s in over drive or not; the awareness always gets the job done. There are two parts of awareness, consciousness and unconsciousness; consciousness is like the mastermind behind the mind. The unconsciousness is like the loss of awareness, meaning you could be brain dead.
Consciousness is more the awareness of the mind, it’s more alive than the unconsciousness. The consciousness is more use for medication during surgeries, because it helps the mind to stay focus and aware of what is going on within its surroundings. Most scientists use the consciousness because it’s more alive and responsive to operate with when conducting experiments. By reading the article I noticed that scientists know that there are more awareness rather than the consciousness. They don’t really know where they are but they know that there’s more that can favor their theories.
Unconsciousness is being partially aware of what is going on; it’s like being in a comatose stage. Not being able to interact with your surroundings, and basically living under life support. Your body isn’t functioning on its own; your body is getting and using a machine in order for you to stay alive. You can be in this stage for a long period of time, and this can affect your mental stage for good. Unconsciousness is like sleeping but the only thing is that you never know when you may wake up from it.
This article was kind of confusing, because there isn’t too much findings on awareness and how it performs and how much you can learn from it. It’s like a mystery; you never know when your consciousness and unconsciousness may kick in and out. I didn’t really understand it, like how it function and complete different tasks. I only understood the parts of awareness because I heard and studied them before.
Scientists should research more on the unconsciousness so that we as humans can understand why the brain just shuts down when it wants to and how it wants to. These findings will help us to understand why the brain is considered to be the power house of the body.

This article was given to future teachers to help us broaden our mind and vocabulary on diversity within our classroom. We have to understand the different minorities/ ethnic group that each student may bring to the classroom. We as teacher must know how to answer different questions and situations that each student may bring to the table. As the student teacher they look up to us for advice and answers that may be a burden to them. In which they are right we should be able to assist them with whatever they need, we are considered their parents away from home.
We have to know how to teach the student, because not everyone has the same morals, norms, religion, and etc. Some students sometimes don’t even know where they belong, meaning race, gender, and religion. This is a very cruel situation to go through, not just for the teacher but for the student as well. In some religion and race the student is not allowed to speak, meaning what’s really on their mind. So the teacher would have to assure them its okay to speak their mind without them being intimidated.
As a teacher you have to also know your children, try to get to know them within the first couple of weeks. Getting to know them will help you know who they really are, meaning their personality and what are their beliefs in life. Try to find out their background, like where they came from, what they like to do, and what they would like to be when they grow up. Getting to know them shouldn’t just be for the teacher alone, but for the rest of the class as well; try to do an early group project or a group discussion. Another good way is to set up a communication boundary with the student and teacher, by email or have a chat room for your class so that everyone can communicate and learn at the same time.
In each classroom a teacher should set boundaries, meaning rules that the class should follow and understand. The classroom shouldn’t just be a room for just learning, but a room of morals and norms that each child should learn and get to know. Rules should be established not just for the student to interpret, but also for their safety as well. The teacher should issue handouts on the standards of the classroom and what should be expected within the classroom. A teacher should also understand each student ideas towards questions; remember that not all answers to a question are wrong; because everyone has their own beliefs on a situation.

As a future teacher in the making, I have to be able to understand the state of mind of each student. I have to understand they way they speak or say certain thing is just a way of their moral growing up. Remember the child only interpret things that they see older individuals doing, it’s like mocking their elders. Most children show their respect by following people that they could look up to. We all are not the same, that’s why there is diversity in the world; so that means we have to know how to handle a situation for not just one child but for the students in your class as well.

Growing up we were always thought to listen to our parents, because they were always suppose to be right. If you tend not to listen to your parents you were either discipline or look down upon. Many parents always taught their children that we all are the same, and that no one is different from one another. But as we grew more maturely we understood that we all are different in some cases. Whether it’s your ethnicity, gender, social class, sexual relations most of us do stand out.
Everyone knew about the different social classes when we were in like middle school, but some of us didn’t quite understood the different we just thought they were classes that the government classified different people in. As time went on our parents explained that there were the first class which was mostly comprised of all Caucasian people, but as some of us got older we realized that it was really true. There are some wealthy African-Americans in the world, sometimes they just might not want to speak about it; or the media didn’t want to give them the respect like they gave the wealthy Caucasians. The middle class was composed of the not so wealthy people, but they had enough money to live off of; like the necessary thing in life. Finally we had the lower class, which was for the people that didn’t have any kind of money that could help them with the necessities in life; they were basically living off the government.
Society or should I say the media tried to deceive the younger upcoming generation by making them think that the first class was only for White and the middle class was for Whites and Hispanics; and the lower class was just for the Blacks. It’s not true though; some Whites and Hispanics are way poorer than some Blacks. It’s all how the media portraits the different races to be, without even giving the respect to where credit is due; despite the color of your skin. The media tries to brain wash the minds of their followers, and by doing this they start with their younger viewer so that they can develop the mentally of what the media taught them throughout their lifetime. It is really up to you, meaning if you were listening to what your parents were telling you or not.
Growing up, many children were also taught that being gay wasn’t a good thing. It really isn’t, but who are we to judge; exactly we are no one. I was taught not to judge others when I was growing up, that’s why when people who are gay or have other sexual relations; it don’t treat them different from no one. We all are different and we have different needs that we must adjust to, so we can’t judge someone by the way they feel or the person that they would like to become. That’s why we can always tell the difference between the kids that were brought up different, and the ones that paid attention to what their parents were saying; and not the media.
In life we must respect each other’s wishes, and tend to ignore the media when they come up certain nonsense that they come up with. With different genders boys and girls should know the difference between what a girl/boy is and that they have different body parts than each other. My parents always distinguish the difference between social classes, different races, different gender, and sexual relations. I always made sure that I listened to what my parents told me because I knew that later on they would be a useful tool in life. Remember we shouldn’t let the media brain wash our minds anymore, we must learn to think and understand different circumstances on our own.
